This loft apartment is located in the historic city center of Málaga, at the 5th floor of a completely renovated building (2021).
All Letmalaga apartments are well prepared for long-term, as well as enjoying holidays. Equipped with bedclothes, towels, cutlery, kitchen utencilles, kettle, microwave, wifi, TV, hairdryer, iron, clothes tender, crib, among other amenities.
IMPORTANT: In our apartments, we have an incredible terrace that is shared with all the residents of the building. It’s important to note that it’s not a private terrace, but a common space that all guests can enjoy.
Damage deposit:
A deposit of €150 may be required and will be refunded on departure if no damage has been caused to the property. Please contact us for more information.

It is required to pay a refundable damage deposit via credit/debit card at arrival. The money will be refund after check-out if there are no damages in the property. For more information, ask in the reception desk.
