Wonderful apartment a few meters from the beach. It is fully equipped to accommodate up to four people making it an ideal stay for couples or friends.
It has a bedroom, bathroom, terrace and kitchen. In addition, it has a double bed and sofa bed along with all the possible comforts such as air conditioning in the living room, heating, iron dryer, toaster, washing machine, kettle, TV, wifi, etc..
The apartment is located at the beginning of the promenade of Pedregalejo. You will find numerous restaurants, beach bars, supermarkets, stores, 24h services and pharmacies. It is very well connected to the center to walk or by public transport.
Smoking is prohibited.
For your convenience, we offer a left-luggage service in our office from 10:00 – 18:00. Personalized customer service by phone and in our office from 10:00 to 21:30.
Damage deposit:
A deposit of €150 may be required and will be refunded on departure if no damage has been caused to the property. Please contact us for more information.

It is required to pay a refundable damage deposit via credit/debit card at arrival. The money will be refund after check-out if there are no damages in the property. For more information, ask in the reception desk.
