Wonderful loft in the neighborhood of Pedregalejo. It is fully equipped to accommodate up to four people so it is very comfortable for couples or families. It has a kitchen and living room, at the same level where the double bed is. It has a private bathroom, sofa bed along with all the amenities such as wifi, tv, air conditioning, oven, coffee maker, toaster, hairdryer, etc..
The apartment is located in a street parallel to the promenade, where you will find many restaurants and typical beach bars of the city, supermarkets.

We offer luggage storage service in our office from 10:00 – 18:00. Personalized customer service by phone and in our office from 10:00 to 21:30.
Damage deposit:
A deposit of €150 may be required and will be refunded on departure if no damage has been caused to the property. Please contact us for more information.

It is required to pay a refundable damage deposit via credit/debit card at arrival. The money will be refund after check-out if there are no damages in the property. For more information, ask in the reception desk.
