Fantastic apartment on the historic center and 1.2 km from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the Alcazaba of Malaga. Perfect stay for couples, friends or families who want to enjoy the city and the beach.
The apartment is newly built and all rooms overlook the street so it is very bright. It has a large bedroom, a living room with integrated kitchen, a bedroom with a trundle bed (perfect for children), a bathroom with shower. It is fully equipped; it has bed linen, amenities (shampoo, gel and soap), Wifi, Smart TV, air conditioning throughout the house, fan in the bedroom, toilet paper and kitchen paper (both recyclable).
The house is located in a historic area. The neighborhood has supermarkets, medical center, ATMs, pharmacy and a wide range of restaurant possibilities. Maria Zambrano station is a 20 minute walk away.

THIS APARTMENT IS PERFECTLY LINKED TO THE MOST DISTINCTIVE POINTS OF THE CITY:
– Atarazanas Market, obligatory visit if you come to Malaga, with fresh products and terraces to taste them.
– Calle Larios, the main street of the city, where you can find all kinds of stores, both in its route and in the surrounding streets. Calle Larios ends in the cardinal square of Malaga, the Plaza de la Constitución, a meeting point for the locals and whose charm lies in the majesty of its layout.
– From the Plaza de la Constitución you will access the Thyssen Museum, a museum that makes a journey through the Spanish painting of the nineteenth century.
– La Merced, emblematic square that stands out for its atmosphere both day and night. It is one of the representations of the projection of the life of any Malagueño: during the day for the development of local commerce and at night, for the number of bars and restaurants that support it, from a fresh and healthy perspective. Not to mention its vital involvement in history, as it is the birthplace of Picasso. Hence the painter’s museum is only 200 meters away.
– A 15 minute walk from this square, you will reach the popular Malagueta beach, where in addition to enjoying the good weather and the Mediterranean, you can eat paella, fried fish and seafood accompanied by a tinto de verano in its famous beach bars (La Caleta).

– The Muelle Uno and its beautiful promenade.
– The CAC or Contemporary Art Center, a cultural reference throughout Spain.
– The Russian Museum, the only seat in Europe of the National Museum of Moscow.
– The Gibralfaro Castle with its spectacular views of the entire city, connected to the Alcazaba, a Muslim fortress that watches over Malaga, remarkable the illumination it acquires at night.
– The Balneario, our favorite place. Almost absorbed by the sea, invites the best views of the city from the promenade. Indispensable moment: watching the sunset from there.
– The fishermen’s quarter, full of boats, beach bars, the best restaurants to enjoy the ‘espetos’ and ‘pescaito frito’ (fried fish). At the foot of the beach, by the sea, you will recognize in this area the most unique part of the city and you will immerse yourself in our habits, understanding why Malaga is Malaga and why, for sure, you will come back.

· Mercado de Atarazanas, visita obligatoria si viene a Málaga, con productos frescos y terrazas para degustarlos.
· Calle Larios, vía principal de la ciudad, donde podrás encontrar todo tipo de tiendas, tanto en su recorrido como en las calles aledañas. Calle Larios concluye en la plaza cardinal de Málaga, la plaza de la Constitución, punto de encuentro para los malagueños y cuyo encanto reside en la majestuosidad de su disposición.
· Desde la plaza de la Constitución accederás al museo Thyssen, museo que hace un recorrido a través de la pintura española del siglo XIX.
· La Merced, plaza emblemática que destaca por su ambiente tanto diurno como nocturno. Supone una de las representaciones de la proyección de la vida de cualquier malagueño: de día por el desarrollo del comercio local y de noche, por la cantidad de bares y restaurantes que la respaldan, desde una perspectiva fresca y sana. Por no mencionar su vital implicación en la historia, ya que se trata de la cuna de Picasso. De ahí que el museo del pintor se halle a tan solo 200 metros.
· A 15 minutos andando desde esta plaza, llegará a la popular playa de la Malagueta, donde además de disfrutar del buen tiempo y del Mediterráneo, podrá comer paella, pescaíto frito y marisco acompañados de un tinto de verano en sus conocidos chiringuitos (La Caleta).

· El Balneario, nuestro lugar favorito. Casi absorbido por el mar, invita a las mejores vistas de la ciudad desde el paseo marítimo. Momento indispensable: ver desde ahí el atardecer.
· El barrio de los pescadores, repleto de barcas, chiringuitos, los mejores restaurantes para disfrutar de los espetos y el “pescaito frito”. A pie de playa, junto al mar, reconocerás en esta zona la parte más singular de la ciudad y te sumergirás en nuestros hábitos, entendiendo por qué Málaga es Málaga y por qué, seguro, vas a volver.
