Spacious home with a high-quality standard. It is located in one of the most nobles neighborhoods of Málaga. It is located within a closed estate with a security service and swimming pool. It counts with a parking spot, but it’s also possible to take the bus (Line 32) which will take you to the historic city center. Málaga is a very easy city to move around in, and a taxi is not expensive. The property contains 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious kitchen, laundry area, terrace, and a parking spot. One of the bedrooms is conditioned as a working place. There is hot/cold A/C in all areas, except for bathrooms and kitchen. There’s also wifi, a 65′ TV, a fully equipped kitchen, which will make your stay more comfortable.
